Issue of Employee Shares and Rights

Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) advises that it has today:
(a) Issued 958,150 shares comprising 734,256 shares to executives of SIML and 223,894 shares to other employees of SIML pursuant to employee share incentive schemes operated by SIML;
(b) issued 1,414,305 rights to executives and other employees of SIML pursuant to the executive long term incentive scheme for FY27 (the period 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029);
(c) issued 1,073,235 rights to executives and other employees of SIML as part of the FY26 short term incentive compensation for these employees in connection with their performance during FY26. These rights vest after 31 March 2028, if the relevant employee remains employed by SIML at that time;
(d) issued 473,947 rights to executives and other employees of SIML as part of their FY27 fixed remuneration compensation. These rights vest after 31 March 2028, if the relevant employee remains employed by SIML at that time.
Attached are capital change notices related to the grant of shares and grant of rights pursuant to Listing Rule 3.13.1.
