Please find attached a revised Corporate Action Notice for the share purchase plan (SPP) for Taiko Critical Minerals Limited that closed on Wednesday 12 August 2026.

The previous Corporate Action Notice stated the allotment date as Monday 17 August 2026. The correct date is Friday 21 August, as disclosed in the SPP offer document announced 16 July 2026.
