Radius Care Expansion Continues with Care Home Acquisition
Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) has entered into an agreement to acquire the business and assets of the Karori Village care home in Wellington for $13.6 million.
The agreement is conditional only on usual regulatory approvals. Karori Village is a 90-bed care home providing hospital and dementia level care. The transaction further expands Radius Care’s national footprint and supports the delivery of high-quality aged care services across New Zealand.

CEO Andrew Peskett noted “This acquisition represents Radius Care’s 25th care home and establishes our presence in one of Wellington’s most prestigious suburbs. It is a further step in Radius Care’s measured growth as a health services provider, reflecting a continued focus on acquiring large well located care homes.
Settlement is expected to take place in late May 2026 and the acquisition price will be funded through core debt facilities. The transaction will be immediately accretive to FY27 NPAT.
