Precinct Advises Change of External Auditor

Precinct Properties Group (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) today announces it has appointed Deloitte to replace EY as its external auditor.
Following a competitive tender process, Precinct has appointed Deloitte as its external auditor with their tenure beginning for the 2028 financial year, beginning 1 July 2027.
The tender process was overseen by Precinct’s Audit & Risk Committee who recommended the appointment of Deloitte as external auditor to the Board.
The Board’s decision to change auditor reflects good governance practice in light of the current auditor’s tenure. The decision to change auditor is not a reflection on the quality of service provided by EY.
Precinct would like to thank EY for the service and support they have provided during their tenure.
