Subject: Goodman Property Trust (NS) (“GMT”) – Ticker changes for stapling

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Goodman Property Trust (NS) (“GMT”) on 27 February 2026 and subject to the necessary approvals being sought by GMT, GMT will corporatise and move to a stapled structure. Goodman New Zealand Limited will replace GMT as a corporatised version of GMT. The shares in Goodman New Zealand Limited will be contractually and constitutionally stapled to (and only transferable with) the shares in Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited to form "Stapled Securities".

To facilitate the change in structure, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, for NZX system purposes, GMT will be changing its name to Goodman New Zealand Limited & Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited (NS), and the ticker code will be changing to “GNZ”. The ISIN will remain unchanged as ‘NZCPTE0001S9’.

The changes will be effective on Tuesday, 7 April 2026.
