Kiwi Property FY26 third quarter dividend payment

Kiwi Property advises that it will pay a third quarter dividend of 1.40 cents per share. The dividend will have imputation credits of 0.355454 cents per share and a supplementary dividend of 0.161298 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.

The record date for the dividend is 11 March 2026, and the payment date is 20 March 2026. The dividend reinvestment plan will not operate for this dividend.
