Message:

NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, further to the announcement released by Kiwibank Limited (“KWB”) on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, KWB will exercise its right to fully redeem all the Subordinated Notes which are quoted on the NZX Debt Market under ticker code (“KWB010”). KWB will redeem all KWB010 Unsecured, Subordinated Notes on 11 December 2025.

The final day of trading in the KWB010 Subordinated Notes will be Thursday, 27 November, with KWB010 being suspended at close of business
