ANNUAL MEETING PRESENTATION AND LEASING UPDATE

Property for Industry Limited (PFI) today holds its Annual Meeting of shareholders.

It will be a hybrid meeting, held at the Tuhono Room, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland, and online.

PFI has provided NZX with a copy of the presentation and speeches to be made at the Annual Meeting.

If you cannot attend, a recording of the webcast of the meeting will be made available to view on PFI’s website shortly after the conclusion of the meeting.

Included in the materials released today, PFI provides an update on leasing progress in the first quarter of FY27. Please refer to the meeting materials for further detail.
