Future Director Appointment

Precinct Properties Group (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Monica Yianakis as its next Future Director for a period of 18 months effective 1 August 2026.

Monica has over 20 years’ experience across strategy, marketing, innovation and commercial functions across Nestle, Frucor Suntory, Lion and most recently Comvita.

Chair of Precinct, Anne Urlwin, said “On behalf of my fellow Directors and the Management team, we are delighted to welcome Monica as our next Future Director. We would also like to thank Taurua Grant, who was Precinct’s Future Director over the last 18 months. He has brought commercial banking, financial markets, treasury advisory and management consultancy experience as well as genuine diversity of thought to our Board discussions. Future Director Programme

Administered by the Institute of Directors, the Future Directors Programme is designed to help identify and grow the next generation of directors in New Zealand, including recognising talented executives who are interested in developing governance skills. Participants attend Board meetings where they contribute to discussions in an observer capacity. Future Directors do not have voting rights and are not involved in any decision making.
