Share issue - part of deposit for Barrytown Farms agreement

Issue of 1,436,100 shares to Barrytown Farms Limited as non-cash consideration for the share component of the deposit under the Barrytown Farms Agreement.

That agreement is subject to shareholder approval as a major transaction. The issue of the Shares remains conditional on satisfaction of the Approval Condition under the Barrytown Farms Agreement and confirmation of vendor mortgagee consent.
