CHIEF PEOPLE AND CAPABILITY OFFICER APPOINTMENT

Tourism Holdings Limited (NZX:THL, ASX:THL, “thl” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kylie Elsom as Chief People and Capability Officer.

Following a period of vacancy, and in response to sustained business growth and the need to further build global capability, thl is now progressing to fill this role.

Kylie has deep people leadership experience with complex and global businesses, having worked at Vodafone New Zealand, MediaWorks New Zealand, Warner Bros Discovery New Zealand and more recently Pie Funds New Zealand.

Kylie is expected to commence in the role in September 2026 and will be based at thl’s Auckland head office.
