Updated HY26 Interim Report

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) advises that a typographical error has been identified in Note 4 of the financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2025. The total disclosed in Note 4(c) did not correctly sum the underlying line items.

The correction is presentational only and does not affect reported profit, total equity, net assets, cash flows, or any primary financial statement balances.
