RIGHTS ISSUE SHORTFALL SHARES ALLOTTED

Enprise Group Limited (NZX: ENS) announces it has allotted all the shortfall shares in the rights issue, 275,228 new shares, at the same price as the rights issue equating to total further capital raised of NZD 123,853.

The funds received are to be applied towards the purposes outlined in the offer document.
