EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR UPDATE

Tourism Holdings Limited (NZX:THL, ASX:THL, “thl” or “the Company”) advises that Luke Trouchet, formerly Executive Director, has become a Non-Executive Director, effective today. Luke will continue to serve on the thl Board as a Non-Independent Director and contribute his experience in that capacity. The governance protocols previously implemented by the thl Board in June 2025 to manage Luke’s involvement in Board matters remain in place.

This executive change reflects the redundancy of the Executive Director role and is part of a series of measures being implemented during FY26 to reduce costs across the business, consistent with thl’s previously announced focus on cost-saving and optimisation benefits.
