Kiwibank Limited (Kiwibank) announces the following updates to its Board.

Kiwibank Director retirement

Kate Jorgensen has retired from her position as an Independent Director of Kiwibank, effective from 5.00pm 6 November 2026.

Kiwibank Chair, Susan Peterson, thanked Kate Jorgensen for her contribution to Kiwibank.

Kiwibank Director reappointment

Kevin Malloy has been reappointed as an Independent Director of Kiwibank for a further term, effective from the current term expiry date of 28 November 2026 to 31 March 2027.

Kevin Malloy has been a Director of Kiwibank since November 2016.

Kiwibank thanks Kevin Malloy for his willingness to extend his term, ensuring continuity for the Kiwibank Board.
