THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND – CLARIFICATION OF RECORD DATE

On 29 October 2026, the Company announced that the Directors had declared a third interim dividend of 0.99 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2026. For the majority of shareholders holding shares on the London Stock Exchange, the dividend will be paid on 1 February 2027 to shareholders on the register on 4 January 2027 (the Record Date) and the shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 31 December 2026. For shareholders with their shares held on the New Zealand branch register, the Record Date will be 5 January 2027 to accommodate the public holiday in New Zealand on 4 January 2027.
