The 2026 Annual General Meeting Documents comprising the Notice, Explanatory Memorandum and Proxy Form will not, in accordance with the provisions of the Corporations Act 2001(Cth) be dispatched to Shareholders (excluding those Shareholders who have requested to receive the AGM Documents in physical form) but instead will be available to view and download from the Company’s website and the ASX announcements website.
