RTO Limited Announces Change of Company Name and Ticker Cod

RTO Limited (NZX: RTO) (RTO or the Company) advises that its Board has resolved the change of the Company’s name to BG HOLDINGS GROUP LIMITED.

The Company’s NZX ticker code will change from RTO to BGH.

The name and ticker code changes are expected to take effect from market open on 3 November 2026, subject to completion of the relevant Companies Office and NZX operational processes.

The Company expects that its ISIN will remain unchanged.

The Company’s securities will continue to trade under the existing name and ticker until the effective date stated above. NZX Product Operations will issue a separate operational market memo following release of this announcement.
