Please find attached a Capital Change Notice.

A total of 550,604 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued.

These consisted of:

- 399,631 shares issued to employees as part of the Quarterly Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F27 Q2, issued at the average market price of $0.1966;

- 57,223 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 30 Sep 2026, issued at the average market price of $0.1966; and

- 93,750 shares issued to the Executive Director of the Australian subsidiary on vesting of Restricted Share Units for 3 months of service, issued at $0.2576.
