Substantial product holder disclosures after restructure

Being AI Limited (NZX:BAI) has received substantial product disclosure notices confirming that Excalibur Capital Partners Limited is now the registered holder and beneficial owner of 19.990% of the shares in BAI, and that 2061 LP and Te Turanga Ukaipo Charitable Trust have ceased to be substantial product holders.

The changes to the BAI board announced on 2 October 2026 have also now become effective.
