Annual Meeting date and director nominations

Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC) advises that its 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at 12.00pm (NZDT) on Monday 23 November 2026 as a virtual meeting, online only.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is 5.00pm (NZDT) on Thursday 22 October 2026.

Nominations must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, in writing, and accompanied by the nominee's written consent. They should be sent to investors@locatetech.nz or Level 17, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

The Notice of Annual Meeting will be released in due course.
