THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 OCTOBER 2026

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC has declared a third interim dividend of 0.707p per ordinary share (2025: 0.686p per ordinary share) in respect of the year ending 31 October 2026, payable on 27 November 2026 to shareholders registered on 23 October 2026. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 22 October 2026. This represents an increase of 3.1% as compared to the third interim dividend paid in 2025.
