2026 Notice of Annual Meeting and Proxy Form

The 2026 Annual Meeting of Spark New Zealand Limited will be held in the Conference Centre, Ground Floor, 50 Albert Street, Auckland at 10.00am on Friday, 6 November 2026 (New Zealand time).

Shareholders can attend the meeting in person or online via the Annual Meeting portal at virtualmeeting.co.nz/spark2026. Shareholders can ask a question in advance of the Annual Meeting by completing the shareholder question section on the Proxy Form, or online by going to vote.cm.mpms.mufg.com/SPK.
