South Port - Environment Southland Share Sale

South Port New Zealand Limited (South Port) (NZX: SPN) has been advised that Southland Regional Council (also known as Environment Southland) has sold approximately 14.3% of the South Port shares on issue at a price of $8.00 per share. Environment Southland will have a shareholding of approximately 52.2% of South Port shares following settlement of the sale.
