Amended Capital Change Notice relating to DRP

This release replaces the earlier Capital Change Notice released at 2.55pm on 30 September 2026, as it contains the incorrect Total Shares Quoted of 1,436,932,702. The correct figure is 1,436,932,703 which is contained in this release.

Mercury NZ Limited provides the attached amended Capital Change Notice under NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This Notice relates to the issue of 11,891,754 ordinary shares under Mercury’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), announced on 22 February 2022, in respect of the FY2026 final dividend.
