Locate Technologies Limited – Annual Report 2026 and Financial Statements

Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC) has released its Annual Report and audited consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2026, its first full-year result as a company quoted on the NZX Main Board.

Both documents are attached. The Financial Statements are also included within the Annual Report, together with the corporate governance statement and the disclosures required under NZX Listing Rules 3.7.1 and 3.8.1.

FY26 highlights (NZ$, compared to FY25):

Group revenue of $7.09 million, up 7.8%

Locate2u revenue of $3.99 million, up 33.7%

Normalised EBITDA of $0.51 million, up from a loss of $0.10 million

Loss after tax of $3.55 million, mainly reflecting a $1.14 million unrealised Bitcoin revaluation loss and $0.66 million of NZX listing and redomicile costs

Cash and equivalents of $1.17 million and a Bitcoin treasury carrying value of $1.27 million at 30 June 2026

The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on 23 November 2026.

Normalised EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure and is reconciled to the reported result on page 15 of the Annual Report.
