Heartland publishes Annual Report, Climate Statement, and date of Annual Meeting

Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) has today published its Annual Report and Climate Statement for the year ended 30 June 2026 (FY2026), and confirmed the date for its 2026 Annual General Meeting (Annual Meeting).

Annual Report

Heartland’s FY2026 Annual Report is available at heartlandgroup.info and will be sent to shareholders if requested. A copy is attached.

Climate Statement

Heartland’s FY2026 Climate Statement is available at heartlandgroup.info. A copy is attached.

Annual Meeting date

Heartland advises that its Annual Meeting will be held online and in-person in Auckland, New Zealand on Friday 13 November 2026, commencing at 10.00am NZDT.

More details relating to the meeting will be advised in a Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders and available at heartlandgroup.info in due course.

Director nominations

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Heartland advises that the closing date for director nominations for its Annual Meeting is Tuesday 13 October 2026. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZDT) on that date.

Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and should be accompanied by written consent of the person being nominated.

Any nominations should be sent to Heartland at PO Box 9919, Newmarket, Auckland 1149, for the attention of the Chief Legal Officer.
