Notice of Annual Meeting

Comvita Limited (NZX: CVT) provides its Notice of Meeting in respect of its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held at 2.00pm on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, at the Pāpāmoa Surf Life Saving Club, and online via a virtual meeting platform.

As noted in Comvita’s announcement on Thursday 24th September 2026, Shareholders will be asked to consider and vote on resolutions to determine the composition of the Company's Board, amongst other things. Following that announcement, Comvita has received a further shareholder proposal in relation to the proposed removal of Ms Bridget Coates as a director. Details of the shareholder proposals, and the statements from the proposing shareholders, are included in the Notice of Meeting.
