Booster Investment Management Limited (‘Booster’), in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (‘Fund’), has registered a supplementary document dated 25 September 2026 to be read together with the Product Disclosure Statement (‘PDS’) dated 8 December 2025. The supplementary document is attached.

This supplementary document has been prepared to notify that Nichola Hiatt has been appointed as a new independent non-executive director of Booster Investment Management Limited, effective 30 September 2026, and update the current Board roles, with Dianne Day as Chair of the Board instead of John Selby.
