Results of 2026 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

Air New Zealand’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting was held virtually on Thursday, 24 September 2026. Shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, all of which were supported by the Board of Directors. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
