Channel Infrastructure provides the attached Capital Change Notice pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This Notice relates to the issue of 1,726,845 ordinary shares under Channel Infrastructure’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan, in respect of the HY26 interim dividend as announced on 28 August 2026.
