Results of Burger Fuel Group Limited

At Burger Fuel Group Limited’s hybrid shareholder meeting, held at the Rakiura Room, Parkside Hotel & Apartments, 100 Greys Avenue, Auckland 1010 and via Zoom webinars on Thursday 24 September 2026 at 11.00am, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• That Josef Roberts be re-elected as a director of BFG.

• That the Board be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.
