Subject: Wellington International Airport Limited (“WIA080”) – Interest Rate Reset

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Wellington International Airport Limited (“WIA”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the interest rate payable on the Wellington International Airport Limited bonds (“WIA080”) has been reset to 5.95% per annum, with effect from today, Thursday, 24 September 2026.

The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open tomorrow, Friday, 25 September 2026.
