Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) advises that its 2026 Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, 19th November 2026 at its registered office, 7 Grayson Avenue, Papatoetoe, Auckland.

Bremworth also advises that the closing date for nominations to the Board of Directors is Wednesday, 7th October 2026. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date.
