NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

The annual meeting of shareholders of Property for Industry Limited (PFI) will be held on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 11.00am.

PFI has provided NZX with a copy of the Notice of Meeting and Voting / Proxy form.

Attendees have the option of attending the Annual Meeting online, or in person at the Tuhono Room, Ground Floor Lobby, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010.
