Scott Technology Limited (NZX: SCT) advises that its Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 26 November 2026. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Scott advises that the closing date for director nominations is 5:00pm on Friday, 2 October 2026 (Closing Date).

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
