Dividend Reinvestment Plan Share Price and updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 Form

The price for each share to be issued through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the final FY26 dividend to be paid in respect of the period ended 30 June 2026 is NZ$2.0391 (DRP Price).

The DRP Price has been determined in accordance with the rules of the DRP. For the H2 FY26 dividend, the DRP Price was calculated using a volume weighted average price, over the five trading days during the period from 10 September 2026 to 16 September 2026 inclusive.

Shares are expected to be issued to participants in the DRP on 2 October 2026.
