SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2026

Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13

The Directors of the Company have resolved that the second interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2026 will be a payment of 0.99 pence per ordinary share (2025: 0.95 pence per share*). The dividend will be paid on 2 November 2026 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 2 October 2026. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the last date for elections will be 12 October 2026.

* the dividend payment stated for 2025 has been adjusted for the 4:1 share split that was effective 11 May 2026.
