Ben Kelleher to join the ANZ NZ Board

ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ NZ) announced on 1 September 2026 that Ben Kelleher will join the Board as an executive director with effect from 1 October 2026, subject to non-objection from the RBNZ.

The RBNZ have confirmed they have no objection to Mr Kelleher’s appointment as an executive director.
