Director Nomination Closing Date

Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) advises that its Annual Meeting will be held in Auckland on Monday 23 November 2026. Further details regarding the timing and location will be advised in the Notice of Meeting (including a proxy voting form and details of any resolutions), which will be sent to shareholders prior to the Meeting.

Steel & Tube advises that the closing date for director nominations is 30 September 2026. All nominations must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
