UPDATE ON CAPITAL RAISING

On 11 September 2026, the WasteCo Group Limited (WasteCo) share purchase plan (SPP) opened. The SPP is currently available for acceptance by eligible shareholders at wco.capitalraise.co.nz.

Separately, WasteCo also continues to seek expressions of interest on the separate non-underwritten placement offer. The closing date for the placement offer has been extended from 21 September 2026 to 5.00pm (NZST), 25 September 2026.

WasteCo will continue to advise the market of any material developments.
