Board change

RTO Limited (NZX: RTO) (the "Company") advises that Sean Joyce, Independent Chair, will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's annual meeting on Tuesday, 15 September 2026.

Mr Joyce is now not seeking re-election. Accordingly, the resolution regarding his appointment will be withdrawn from the business of the meeting.

On behalf of the remaining Board, the directors wish to express their sincere gratitude to Mr Joyce for his significant contribution to the Company during his tenure as Chair and Director and wish him well for the future.
