Please find attached the updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 in relation to the Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) 2026 final dividend.

It has been updated to include the foreign exchange (FX) rate to be used for payment of the cash dividend in Australian dollars (where applicable), being 0.82800.
