Revised offer from Floorscape and response from Mangawhai

Bremworth Limited (“Bremworth”) (NZX Code: BRW) advises that it has received a letter on behalf of Mangawhai Collective Limited, holder of 19.73% of Bremworth shares, indicating its intention not to support a revised offer put forward by Floorscape Limited.

The Board of Bremworth will continue to keep the market informed of developments.
