2026 Annual General Meeting Details

Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX: MHJ) (MHJ or Company) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 22 October 2026 at 10:00am (Brisbane time).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Rule 38.13 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 10 September 2026.

The AGM will only be held virtually. Further information about the AGM will be set out in the notice of meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course.
