Director retirement

Simon Herbert has advised that he has decided to step down as a director on the WasteCo Group Limited board, representing Empire Waste Technology Limited which has a $15 million second ranking secured convertible note. Sean Joyce continues as a director representing Empire Waste Technology.

Simon is currently residing in Europe for the majority of this year. Simon Herbert: “It has been a privilege to serve on this board. I remain fully behind the WasteCo turnaround plan and the company's success.”
