Please find attached Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited's Notification of Dividend/Distribution.

This has been updated to clarify the New Zealand Imputation Credit. NZ 4.0 cents of the final dividend carries a New Zealand Imputation Credit. This equates to a imputation credit of NZ 0.015556 per share.
