Amendment to 2026 Annual Report

Fletcher Building Industries advises that a typographical error appeared in the Independent Auditor’s Report included in its 2026 Annual Report, released on 19 August 2026.

On page 15, the date shown in the signature block was incorrectly stated as “2025” and has been corrected to “2026”.

The updated 2026 Annual Report is attached.
