AFC Group Holdings Limited advises that the Proxy/Voting Form for its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is attached.

The Proxy/Voting Form relates to the Annual Meeting to be held online via Zoom at 2:00pm on Friday, 25 September 2026, as set out in the Company’s Notice of Annual Meeting.

For a proxy appointment to be effective, it must be received by 2:00 pm (New Zealand time) on Wednesday, 23 September 2026.

This announcement does not amend the meeting date, resolutions, or proxy/voting deadline previously announced.
