Notification of Closing Date for Director Nominations

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Spark New Zealand Limited advises that in respect of its Annual Meeting to be held on Friday 6 November 2026, the closing date for director nominations is Monday 7 September 2026.

All nominations must be received at the below address by 6.00pm (New Zealand time) on the closing date.
